Excelerate Energy 2021 Rebranding
Excelerate Energy, the pioneer and market leader in floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) solutions, built a reputation in its 20 years of operation as a trusted supplier of LNG to some of the world’s most challenging markets. But as the company expanded its services into power and gas distribution and evolved into an energy solutions provider, the brand needed to reflect its new mission, vision, and brand promise.
I led and coordinated the entire rebranding effort from conceptual development to deployment. Deliverables included logo and identity, messaging and content, brand guidelines, internal assets, website, marketing templates, global signage, vessel branding, corporate video, and brand launch items.
When Excelerate Energy began in 2003, it introduced an entirely new way for countries to access LNG. And the concept of floating regasification was an integral part of its identity. Without abandoning its history of leadership and innovation, the updated look encompasses elements from the legacy brand while also evoking safety, security, and reliability – attributes customers have come to expect from Excelerate.
